On the last date, it was informed by learned legal-aid counsel for the appellant that the appellant had expired. On which, learned State Counsel was directed to get concrete information about his well being. 4. Today, learned State Counsel passed on to this Court copy of the instructions dated 31.10.2025 along with the death certificate of appellant. The same is taken on record. 5. On the basis of instructions, learned State Counsel submits that appellant- Durga Ram S/o Gusai Ram has expired on 15.07.2023. 6. In view of the submission made by learned State Counsel and after considering appellant’s death certificate annexed with instruction, it is clear that the appellant has expired during the pendency of present Criminal Jail Appeal. 7.
