Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the authorities concerned to conduct an inquiry against the respondent no. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent no. 4 is presently working as a Headmaster in the Purva Madhyamic School, Alambagh Nagar Area, Lucknow and was also working as an insurance agent in Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited, Lucknow. The petitioner is a complainant. A complainant has no locus to file a writ petition. (See:-Dharam Raj v. State of U.P. and others, (2010) 2 AWC 1878 (All) Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of locus. However, it would be open for the petitioner to avail the other remedies as may be available to him.
