Though the revenue records indicate that the petitioner's title over the petition mentioned survey number is accepted by the authorities, the fifth respondent is said to be in possession of the said premises. The fifth respondent is probably an encroacher or a trespasser. If the petitioner wants to get back his property, he must institute appropriate proceedings against the fifth respondent. The writ petitioner cannot short circuit the process by seeking demolition of the building with the blessing of the official respondents. 3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
