Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, learned A.G.A. along with Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seek issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No. 1 to monitor the investigation in FIR No. 678 of 2023, registered under Section 420 IPC. The FIR was lodged pursuant to the petitioner’s application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., dated 09.12.2023. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is informant of the aforesaid F.I.R., which has been registered by the concerned police station on the application filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.; that, no effective action was taken by the investigating agency, therefore, the petitioner/informant has approached the Court for direction to monitor the investigation. 5. Per contra, the learned State counsel, on instructions, would submit that upon completion of the investigation, a charge-sheet dated 09.05.2025 has been filed against all the accused persons named in the FIR, namely Jitender Singh, Satender Singh, Jaspal Singh, and one more accused, Mr. Amarpreet Singh. 4. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition.
