CrMP No. 2273 of 2025 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant to permit him to visit London w.e.f. 18.6.2025 to 28.6.2025 and then to Dubai w.e.f. 1.7.2025 to 15.7.2025 on account of business activities. Pursuant to order dated 4.6.2025, respondent-State has filed reply, opposing prayer made on behalf of applicant, on the ground that despite repeated opportunities, petitioner has not furnished relevant information as well as documents with regard to Windborne Air1 Pvt. Ltd., company owned by the applicant. Since, it is not in dispute that peitioner has not been named in the FIR in question till date and he was earlier granted permission to visit abroad w.e.f. 28.12.2024 to 31.12.2024 and from 4.1.2025 to 7.1.2025 and during afore period, no adverse report was received against him, coupled with the fact that after his return, he not only joined investigation but also fully cooperated with investigation, there appears to be no impediment in allowing the present application. In view of above, present application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to visit abroad i.e. London w.e.f. 18.6.2025 to 28.6.2025 and then to Dubai w.e.f. 1.7.2025 to 15.7.2025, subject to furnishing surety bonds in the sum of Rs.2.00 Lakh to the satisfaction of learned Deputy Registrar (Judicial)/learned trial Court, with the undertaking to return to India, in any eventuality by 28.6.2025 and furnishing details of place of his stay during such visit and to report to police station concerned within three days, after 28.6.2025.
