HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5593 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of an application moved under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C., pending in Regular Suit No.684 of 2025. Having considered the aforesaid prayer as well as upon perusal of the material on record, it appears that the suit was filed by the petitioner on 27.08.2025, and his application moved under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. was considered and notices were issued, fixing 17.09.2025. The matter is already listed before the trial Court and, in the meantime, the petitioner has rushed before this Court by filing the instant writ petition, which this Court does not find worthwhile to entertain. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to move and press his application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. before the trial Court, which needless to say, shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
