A limited prayer has been made in this petition for seeking a direction to the District Collector, Kota to decide the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, the SARFAESI Act, 2002’) expeditiously within a time frame. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application was submitted by the petitioner in the month of May, 2022 but the same is still pending for adjudication and the same has not been decided by the concerned District Collector, therefore, appropriate direction be issued to the same. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with expectation to the concerned District Collector to make all possible endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. 4.
