HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 11032 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE ABDUL MOIN, J. Heard. By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner wants his representation to be decided. The grievance as indicated by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the private respondent no. 3 has fraudulently obtained a degree of Ph.D. and has also obtained the designation of Professor. The very locus of the petitioner to challenge the instant petition would have to be seen more particularly when the petitioner clearly fall within the ambit of being a complainant. A complainant has no locus to file a writ petition. (See:-Dharam Raj v. State of U.P. and others, (2010) 2 AWC 1878 (All) Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of locus. However, it would be open for the petitioner to avail the other remedies as may be available to him. September 18, 2025 J. K.
