Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to expedite the proceedings of Case Crime No.025 of 2020, Case No.6456/2022 "State Vs. Anand Shrivastav" under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3, 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Sultanpur pending in the court of A.C.J. (J.D.), Court No.28 Sultanpur within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2020, as such, interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to decide the case aforementioned within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned Case No.6456/2022 in expedition, if it is still pending consideration before the court concerned and if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued in this regard.
