Irfan, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 & 3, on the basis of instructions given by the District Basic Education Officer, Shravasti, states that the order impugned dated 28.07.2025, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, whereby the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled from the date of initial appointment itself, may be set aside with liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the order impugned dated 28.07.2025, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, is set aside. 4. Consequences to follow. 5. However, it would be open for the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
