HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5670 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the Original Suit no.1869 of 2021 pending before court of Civil Judge, (J.D) Purvi, Hardoi. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that several dates have been fixed and the matter is being repeatedly adjourned. Having considered the aforesaid and from a perusal of the material on record, this Court does not find that there are any accentuating circumstances before this Court to expedite the suit relating to the year, 2021 and in such circumstances, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the court concerned. Needless to say that in case, if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the court concerned in accordance with law. It is made clear that mere dismissal of the petition may not come in the way of the petitioners in case if any cause for expedition arises in future relating to the year 2021.
