(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.193 dated 18.10.2025, registered under Sections 22/61/85 Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of added lateron), at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar. Vide order dated 13.11.2025, the petitioner was granted protection from arrest and was directed to join the investigation within a week from the date of order but the petitioner failed to join the investigation and did not comply with the said order. Learned State counsel apprised that the petitioner again failed to comply with the order dated 19.12.2025 and has again not appeared before the Investigating Officer. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed. i) Whether speaking/reasoned? Yes/No `ii) Whether reportable?
