It is submitted that the respondents were promoted prior to the impugned order and their entitlement has to be calculated taking into consideration their date of promotion in order to avail the benefits under MACP. We are not entering into the said issue as we are only required to decide the legality of the order passed by the Tribunal. The manner and mode of execution and implementation of the said order are not presently before us. 3. In view of the fact that similar issues have already been decided in WP(C) No. 366 of 2024 on 04.11.2025, this application is also disposed of in terms of the said order. 4. It appears that in paragraph 4 of the order dated 04.11.2025, after the word ‘Radiographers’ there is a ‘full-stop’ which is required to be deleted and the fresh sentence starting with ‘T’ is to be replaced with ‘t’. This correction shall be incorporated in the order dated 04.11.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 366 of 2024, which is treated as on the day’s list for the 2025:MLHC:1084-DB limited purpose of correction. The corrected order shall form part of the present order. (H.S.Thangkhiew) (Soumen Sen) Judge Chief Justice 2025:MLHC:1084-DB Digitally signed by SYLVANA LIZ KHARBHIH Date: 2025.11.13 10:40:41 IST
