Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent Board to issue/show petitioners marks obtained in the written examination of the Constable Civil Police ( Male/Female) Recruitment-2023, in the interest of justices." 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Secretary/ Additional Secretary, U.P. Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
