Petitioner is serving as Language Teacher at Government Senior Secondary School Harsi, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, District Kangra, H.P. Her only grievance is that her representation dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) has not been decided till date by respondent No.2/competent authority. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
