With the consent of learned counsels appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. 3. The petitioner is before this Court claiming compassionate appointment on the ground of death of his father who died in harness on 26.09.2023. 4.Sri Tyagi states that the case of the petitioner has already been considered and an order in this regard would be passed within a period of four weeks from today and the same would also be communicated to the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction the respondents to communicate the decision which has been taken on the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment which would be communicated as per statement given by Sri Tyagi, Advocate. 6.
