Page No.# 2/2 into a Memorandum of Settlement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 19008 read with Rule 24 & 25 of the Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2005 and have arrived at an amicable settlement.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of in terms with the Memorandum of Settlement.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed off as under:- (i) The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Settlement entered into on 09.01.2025 which is a part of the instant proceedings. (ii) The said Memorandum of Settlement is made a part of the instant order and marked with the letter “X”.
