This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "issue a suitable writ direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide the representation application in which the petitioner requested for compensation of amount Rs.2,65,978/- as per Sec 125 of U.P. Municipalities Act 1916 as provided in Annexure No.1 to this petition, within time bound manner in the interest of justice." It is the case of the petitioner in Writ C No.5702 of 2025 [Smt. Padmavati Pandey vs. State of U.P. & Others] where this Court has noted her greivance of discharge of sewage of water in the agricultural holding of the petitioner. The Court had disposed of the matter by observing that the Executive Officer, Municipality Bhinga, District Shrawasti may look into the matter and take needful steps in this regard in accordance with law. It has been submitted that till date nothing has been done, hence, this petition has been filed.
