Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents Nos. 2 & 3 to forthwith arrest the accused Ramkesh S/o Ram Narayan Yadav in FIR No. 0314/2025 dated 04.07.2025 under Sections 64, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act. II. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party no. 2 & 3, to ensure a fair, proper, impartial and expeditious investigation strictly in accordance with the provisions of law, particularly under the SC/ST Act." 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed instructions dated 11.09.2025 duly signed by Aashutosh Kumar, Circle Officer, Jaisinghpur, District- Sultanpur, which are taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of the aforesaid instructions, submits that the charge-sheet dated 02.09.2025 under Sections 64/351(2)(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act against the accused- Ram Kesh Yadav s/o Ramnarayan Yadav has been forwarded.
