Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the opposite party no.2 Commissioner Evam Registrar, Co- operative, Lucknow and Respondent no.4; District Magistrate, Etawah to make adjustment /absorption of petitioner to the post of Amin under the Provision of Rule 6 (1) of U.P. Co-operative Collection Funds and Amin and other Employees Service Rules, 2002, as early as possible, in the interest of justice. 3. It is submitted that despite repeated directions having been issued by the Commissioner-cum-Registrar, the same has not been complied with by the authority concerned. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. District Magistrate, Etawah. In case such representation is filed, the same shall be considered within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
