Learned counsel for respondent No.5, under instructions, submits that keeping in view the career prospects of petitioner No.4 and the family relationship between the parties, the matter has been reconciled between the parties and the informant-respondent No.5. He has no objection in case the present FIR is ordered to be quashed.

In view of this statement and the fact that the FIR was registered for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (in short “IPC”) which are compoundable under Section 320 of Cr.PC, the present petition is allowed and the FIR
No. 95 of 2022, dated 15.06.2022, registered for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC, at Police Station, Dharmshala, District Kangra, H.P. and consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR are quashed.
3. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also pending applications, if any.
