ACT, 2023, RELATING TO POLICE STATION SAMMANPUR, DISTRICT AMBEDKAR NAGAR, as contained in Annexure No.1 & 2 to the criminal Revision after summoning the lower court record. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to enlarge the revisionist on bail in CASE CRIME NO. 0082/2025, UNDER SECTIONS 103 (1) & 238 OF B.N.S. ACT, 2023, RELATING TO POLICE STATION SAMMANPUR, DISTRICT- AMBEDKAR NAGAR, till the disposal of TRIAL in the interest of justice." At the very outset, Ms. Prashansa Singh, the learned counsel for the revisionist prays for withdrawal of this revision with liberty to the revisionist to file afresh.
