The instant application has been preferred for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reason and circumstances stated in accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Kadipur, Sultanpur to decide the Protest Application bearing Complaint No.- 3894/2024 'Seetaram Vs Vinod Kumar' of the petitioner pending since 18.3.2017 against the Final Report No. 07/2009 in Case Crime No.-184/2009 under section 498A, 304B, 201 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Akhand Nagar, District- Sultanpur after remand by the court of Additional Session Judge, Court No.-2, Sultanpur in Crl. Revision No.- 260/2016 as expeditiously as possible, in the interest of justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case indicated in the application including the period of pendency of the case in issue, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to make all endeavour for concluding the proceedings of the case in issue, expeditiously, as according to various pronouncements of the Hon'ble Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Chandrika Rani Upadhyay, Girish Kumar Pandey, Tripuresh Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s) Apex Court including the judgment(s) passed in the case of Maneka Gandhi Versus Union of India and Another (1978) 1 SCC 248, Hussainara Khatoon Versus Home Secretary, State of Bihar (1980) 1 SCC 81, Kadra Pahadiya and Others Versus State of Bihar (1981) 3 SCC 671, the right to speedy trial/disposal of the case is implicit under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
