The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to grant the benefit of selection grade to the petitioners for the post of Assistant Teacher in primary school run by Basic Shiksha Parishad with appropriate interest as and when it was due in accordance with G.O. dated 20.12.2001. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party no. 3 to consider and decide the representations contained as Annexure No.07 to the writ petition." 2. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that for consideration of the grievances, the petitioner has moved a representation, which is pending before the respondent no.3. 3. Considering the nature of the grievance and without entering into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh application before the respondent no.3, District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Sitapur along with a copy of this order, which shall be decided in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of representation along with certified copy of this order.
