The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner was granted, approval for running the D Pharma Course for the academic session 2025-26 by the Pharmacy Council of India, however, the same has not been considered by the opposite party no.2. 3. This Court had considered and passed an order in the matter, which is similar to the present petition being Writ-C No. 7273 of 2025 vide judgment and order dated 19.08.2025, considering the fact that the petitioner has already been granted approval by the P.C.I., the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of affiliation in the light of directions given by this Court in Writ-C No. 7273 of 2025, within the time as has been fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Parshavanath Charitable Trust & Ors. vs. All India Council for Tech. Edu. & Ors. (Civil Appeal No. 9048 of 2012) 4. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
