The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that against an order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, an appeal has been preferred before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.P. Lucknow in which an interim application has also been filed, which is yet to be considered. 3. It is stated that on the one hand, the interim application is pending consideration and on the other hand, the orders have been passed for recovery of the entire amount. 4. In view of the fact that the interim application is still pending before the appellate forum, the present petition is disposed off directing the appellate forum to pass orders on the interim application in accordance with law within a period of six weeks subject to verifying that the deposit of Rs.25000/- has been made by the petitioner. 5.
