Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and Sri Nishant Shukla, Advocate who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents no. 2 & 3 be kept on record. 2. With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having submitted bills of medical reimbursement in October, 2024, the respondents have failed to reimburse the same and hence the petition. 3. On the other hand, Sri Nishant Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 & 3 states that the claim of the petitioner is being processed and a final order in this regard would be passed within a period of four weeks from today. 4. The aforesaid statement of Sri Nishant Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 & 3 is recorded. 5. It is further provided that in case the petitioner is found to be entitled for medical reimbursement, the same would also be provided to the petitioner within next three weeks of an order being passed in this regard provided there is no legal impediment.
