The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 26.06.2025 and 20.08.2025 which are interim in nature. 3. Perusal of the order dated 20.08.2025 itself indicates that the matter is listed for final hearing on 25.09.2025 and, the sale which takes place shall be subject to the outcome of the SA. 4. No interference is called for at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. The DRT is directed to decide the SA finally on the date fixed or with all expedition within a period of one month. 6. All the issues raised by the parties shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
