In view of the submissions made, inspite of keeping the criminal petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Police to complete the investigation, as expeditiously as possible. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigating officer as and when they are called. However, the interim relief granted to the petitioners shall continue till the investigation is completed. 4. With the above said directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
