The instant application has been filed with the prayer to release the applicant- Mahboob Alam Khan @ Mahboob Alam on anticipatory bail in FIR/Case Crime No.246 of 2021, under Sections 376, 411 of IPC, P.S.- Tulsipur, District- Balrampur. 3. On the basis of written instructions, learned A.G.A. has submitted that a notice under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. has been given to the applicant on 13.02.2025, therefore, there appears to be no apprehension of arrest of the applicant during the course of investigation. 4.
