Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have settled the bills of the petitioner and paid the amount to him, hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
