Government Pleader for Revenue representing Ld. Government Pleader for Fisheries. 2. It transpires from the record that except on the first date of admission i.e., on 02.05.2023, there is no appearance on behalf of the Writ Petitioner. However, Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has drawn the attention of this Court to the Counter-Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.6 viz., the Fisheries Development Officer represented by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Fisheries that the permission has been granted. 3. Para No.3 of the Counter-Affidavit is usefully extracted hereunder: “In reply to Para Nos.4 & 5 of the petitioner’s affidavit, it is respectfully submitted that the Petitioner submitted representation for permission for Aquaculture as APSADA act 2020 through spandana. A reply was sent to Petitioner to apply through online for permission duly paying prescribed fee. Accordingly the Petitioner applied for permission vide Application No. AQNLFW00074434 dated 13-06-2023 through online and the authority has granted permission for Aquaculture as per APSADA act 2020.” 3 4. Having regard to the above extract, this Court is of the opinion that the grievance of the Writ Petitioner has been redressed by the Official Respondents and therefore, no further cause survives. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petitioner stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
