As per office note, no objection on behalf of the said respondent (husband) has been filed to the instant Interlocutory Application. 3. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the interim order dated 09.06.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 662 of 2025 by which further proceedings of FC (Crl.) Case No. 67/2013 was stayed. 4. The aforesaid case was initiated by the present petitioner’s wife seeking maintenance way back in the year 2013 and it is submitted that because of the present interim order, the case is yet to be disposed of. 5. I have perused the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 12.12.2024 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 10424/2024, whereby the Court had directed the learned Trial Court to take steps for disposal of the FC (Crl.) Case No. 67 of 2013 on or before 21.06.2025, which has already gone by. 6. Having regard to the above, the interim order dated 09.06.2025, staying further proceedings in Criminal Petition No. 662 of 2025 is hereby vacated. Page No.# 3/3 7.
