HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW SPECIAL APPEAL DEFECTIVE No. - 376 of 2025 Court No. - 1 HON'BLE RAJAN ROY, J. HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Shri Sanjay Bhasin, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicants/appellants and Shri Sharad Pathak along with Shri Pawan Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. This is an appeal challenging a time bound order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the writ Court in Writ - A No. 6849 of 2025, belatedly. In the interregnum an application for vacation of the said order has also been filed recently. 3. Considering the fact that it is time a bound interim order for vacation of which an application has been filed even if recently i.e. after initiation of contempt proceedings, we see absolutely no reason to condone the delay. The appellants may pursue the application for vacation of the interim order and move an application for its listing if no date has been fixed thereon which can be considered by the writ court as per law expeditiously. 4. At this stage, Shri Sanjay Bhasin, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants says that within a period of two days an order would be passed in compliance of the interim order allowing the private respondent to resume duties subject to result of the appeals, wherein, the judgment has been reserved.
