Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to compute the training period which he has undergone as Constable taken into account towards calculating 19 years of service to give on additional increment in the light of judgement and order 27.02.2025 passed by Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad in Writ-A No.2172/2025. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to give the benefit of 2nd ACP Grade Pay Rs.4200/- w.e.f.01.12.2008 and give the benefit of 3rd ACP Grade Pay Rs.4600/- on completion of 26 years services rendered by the petitioner. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police Lucknow. In case such representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority in the light of judgment rendered in Writ-A No.2172/2025 in case the same is applicable. 4.
