Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has stated that the impugned detention order dated 05.01.2025 (annexed as annexure-1 to the writ petition) has been withdrawn. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents agreed to the same. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. 6.
