With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition is being decided finally. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the suspension order dated 29.04.2019, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition. 4. Sri Shashtri, learned counsel for the respondents, states that the inquiry proceedings have already been completed and a final order is to be passed by the Disciplinary Authority. He states that the final order would be passed by the Disciplinary Authority within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
