Notice on behalf of the respondent No.1 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private- respondent No. 2 to 4 is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expedition hearing of Original Civil Suit No. 230 of 2021 , CNR No. UPLK050003472021 (Smt. Usha Yadav V. Siya Ram Verma @ Anjana Verma and Others). 4. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and considering the extracts of the order sheet, this Court does not find that there is any accentuating circumstances for this Court to expedite the hearing of the suit which is of the year 2021. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned, who needless to say shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of, however, it is clarified that if any cause of action for expedition of the suit of the year 2021 arises in future, this order may not come in the way of the petitioner.
