This petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to Opposite parties particularly Opposite Party No.2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and expeditious investigation of impugned First Information Report No.167 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) of B.N.S., at Police Station - Malipur, District - Ambedkar Nagar dated 10.08.2025 lodged by petitioner (contained as Annexure No.1), in the interest of justice." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation of the impugned F.I.R. is not being done properly by the Investigating Officer. 5. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions dated 11.9.2025 of Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma, Sub Inspector, Police Station - Malipur, District Ambedkar Nagar submits that after recording statements of the victim under Sections 180 & 183 of B.N.S., the offence under Section Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vinod Kumar, Ujjwal Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Shailendra Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) 351(3) of B.N.S. has been added and after investigation, police report shall be submitted expeditiously, in accordance with the law. 6.
