Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main reliefs:- "(1) to issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus directing the opposite parties to consider petitioner's transfer from district Balia to district Sitapur in terms of paragraph 5 (iii) and paragraph 5 (iv) of the government order dated 06th May, 2025." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Medical & Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of recommendation of Chief Medical Officer dated 17.05.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter.
