Bhawan, B.R. Dubey Enclave, Near Telco, Chinhat, Deva Road, Lucknow, 226028 under Section 25(2) of Societies Registration Act 1860, because tenure of the management-committee had expired on 15.04.2022, submitted by petitioners on 07.04.2025 & reminder application dated 06.09.2025 are being collectively annexed herewith as Annexure no.06 & Annexure no.08 of this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached respondent No.3, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take steps for passing order with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
