HON'BLE RAJEEV SINGH, J.
1. Heard Ms. Mithlesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This petition has been filed seeking a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing/commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party Nos.1 to 3 to lodge a First Information Report against opposite party nos.4 to 8.
3. On an objection raised by learned A.G.A. that this is a highly belated petition and the same has been filed only to settle the score with in-laws after divorce with wife of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that she does not want to press this petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. To which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A.
