The grievance of petitioners in this writ petition is that the respondents have not conducted survey, phodi and durasth in respect of the land in question, despite the representation dated 25th April, 2024 (Annexure-C) is submitted to the respondent-Tahsildar. 3. Heard Sri. Patil Sanganagouda Guranagouda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that the representation dated 25th April, 2024 (Annexure-C) is filed by the petitioners, seeking survey, phodi and durasth in respect of the land in question. However, the petitioners have to approach the competent authority through online for redressal of their grievance. In that view of the matter, petitioners are directed to approach the competent authority by filing an online application for - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21788 WP NO.4493 OF 2025 conducting survey, phodi and durasth in respect of the land in question. If such an application is filed by the petitioners through online, the same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
