In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the private-respondent No.2 is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a divorce suit bearing No.4230 of 2023, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge Vth, Family Court, Lucknow. 4. Having considered the aforesaid and noticing the extracts of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record as Annexure No.2, which indicates, that four issues were framed on 23.04.2025. Thereafter, the matter is fixed for plaintiff's evidence. The matter had been referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre which did not find favour and it is the allegation of the petitioner that the private-respondents (the plaintiffs of the suit) is lingering the matter by seeking adjournments. 5. Since, the suit is of the year 2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, however, liberty is available to the petitioner to move an appropriate application bringing the grievance to the notice of the Court and in case such an application is moved, the Court shall consider and dispose of it noticing the dictum of this Court in Prabhat Narain Tickoo v. Mrs. Mamta Tickoo and others, 1988 SCC OnLine All 327. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
