The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 1 to 5 to remove the illegal construction of boundary wall raised by the opposite party no. 6 to 10 over the reserve land of Chak Road of bearing Gata No. 2165/0.0130, 2135/0.0690 situated at Village-Agai, Tehsil & Police Station-Lalganj, District-Pratapgarh. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to conclude the said proceedings with all expedition within the time, as prescribed in the statute i.e. 90 days, in accordance with law.
