Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during course of investigation, it has come to light that no question paper of the aforesaid Examiantion was leaked. It was further submitted that only allegation against these petitioners is that they had contacted some students and had talked to them that question papers of the aforesaid Examiantion are available and the same will be given to them, if they paid money to the petitioners.
