petitioner submitted his bill for Rs.3,87,441/- on the prescribed format and completed all formalities but till date payment has not been made to him, hence, this petition has been filed. 4. Explanation given by the petitioner for delay in approaching this Court is that he gave repeated applications to the respondents but such applications were not treated. Copies of application dated 09.04.2018, 05.10.2022 and 10.07.2025 are available on record of this petition. 5. We do not find that repeated representations/applications of the petitioner can be said to be a good ground to get over the limitation as prescribed in law and for recovery/money a suit to be filed. 6. The petitioner has approached this Court after twelve years from the date of alleged admission of his dues to the Regional Food Controller, Lucknow Division, Lucknow.
The writ petition cannot be entertained after such a long delay. 7. It is dismissed accordingly. September 18, 2025 Renu/- WRIC No. 9211 of 2025 2 (Manjive Shukla,J.) (Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.) Digitally signed by :- RENU AGARWAL High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
