BH RAMA KRISHNA NAIK The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.7995 of 2024 on 24.04.2024, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….In view of the above, though the amount claimed by the petitioner is Rs.8,73,150/-, but, however, as the amount admitted by the respondents is only Rs.8,20,350/- , the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition. Hence, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to pay the admitted amount of Rs.8,20,350/- (Rupees Eight lakhs twenty thousand three hundred and fifty only) to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to claim for the balance amount, if any, payable to him.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel representing the respondents has furnished a letter dated 17.07.2025, addressed by the Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur, to the Government Pleader for Agriculture, wherein it is mentioned that the amount of Rs.8,20,350/- payable to the petitioner has been credited to the petitioner’s Account No.1424280000000026 on 17.07.2025. 3. Recording the same, as the amount has already been credited to the petitioner’s account, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
