Petitioner has challenged the selection list for the post of ReT for NPS Dupri in Village Seva Jagir, issued on 20.03.2013, to the extent that the name of the respondent No. 7 has been placed at Serial No. 2, whereas, the petitioner being more qualified and meritorious than respondent No. 7 has been excluded. 2. Vide order dated 16.02.2015, the respondents were directed not to issue appointment order in favour of respondent No. 7 as ReT in NPS Dupri, Revenue Village Seva Dupri, Tehsil and District Rajouri. 3. In view of the fact that ReT scheme stands closed in judgment relied upon in ”UT of J&K and others v. Jatinder Singh and others”, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petitions and the same are accordingly dismissed. 4. Interim direction shall stand vacated.
