By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a Regular Suit No.837/2020, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ambedkar Nagar. 3. Having considered the aforesaid requests as well as the extracts of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record, this Court finds that there are no accentuating circumstances for this Court to entertain the petition especially when the defendants have not yet been sufficiently served and as recently as on 11.07.2025 the defendants have been directed to serve through publication. 4. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition which is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. Mere dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioner. In case, if any cause of action arises in future for expedition of a suit relating to the year 2020.
